CANCELLATION POLICY
* You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order through My Order section. You may also inform us at 7583010101 or by writing to us at sanvi.net. Please note that this is only possible if the product has not been shipped out till then.
* Cancellation request may not be entertained once the process of shipping is initiated.
* Any amount paid will be credited back through the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Refund will be done within 6-8 business days from the time of cancellations.
EXCHANGE POLICY
* In case of exchange customer has to inform within 5 days of delivery.
* Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging can be returned.
* Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
* Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
* We will be able to process the exchange post-receipt of the original product.
* Products can only be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions.
* In Case you are unable to find the Exchange size or product, we will issue the amount to your Sanvi Wallet which can be used for further online purching though our website.
RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
You may raise a return/exchange request within 5 days of delivery, you may follow the below steps.
1. Login to Sanvi Creations account on the website & Click the option to return or exchange against your order.
2. Select the reason for return/exchange from the drop-down options provided.
3. Once the return/exchange request is accepted you will be notified and we will arrange the reverse pick-up within 3-5 business days.
4. In case of exchange, Once the product is returned to its origin the exchange product will be shipped.
5. In case of returns, once the product is reached to our warehouse and the return eligibility is verified by our team, we will refund the money to your Sanvi Creations Wallet within 3 business days.
6. The sanvi creations Wallet amount can be used for further online purching though our website.
