Domestic orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company. SANVI CREATIONS is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
A shipping charge of Rs.49 is applicable to all the domestic orders. In case of return / exchange- additional pickup & Shipping amount of Rs.49 will be charged.

SHIPPING CHARGES?
* For Intracity (Indore City), the shipping charge is Rs. 49.
* A shipping charge of Rs.99 is applicable to all other intercity domestic orders.
* In case of return- A pickup & Shipping chatges of 49 Rs for Intracity and Rs.99 to all other intercity domestic orders will be deducted,
* The amount will be deducted from the product amount that is being returned to us and the balance amount shall be refunded to the customer's Sanvi Wallet within 3 business days.
PRODUCT CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order through My Order section. You may also inform us at +91 7583010101 or by writing to us at sanvi.net. Please note that this is only possible if the product has not been shipped out till then.
Cancellation won't be accepted once the product has been shipped
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Pre-paid transactions refund will be done within 10 business days from the time of cancellations.
